Goodbye 2012, Hello 2013

Wow it's hard to believe another year has passed us by. 2012 was a very eventful year! I feel so blessed to be where I am today. When I decided to pursue my passion for photography in 2010 I never in a million years thought I would be where I am today. I want to thank God for giving me the talent, drive & passion for do photography & I want to thank my friends & family for believing in me & encouraging me & I want to thank my loyal fans for following me & supporting me on this journey. None of this would be possible without any of you.

There has been things that have happened over the course of the year that have not been to pleasant.   I never thought the photography business would be so cut throat & I never thought other photographers could be so mean to one another. It is sad that is the way it is. However, I have met some great photographers in my area who I have become good friends with. A group of people who support each other and help each other in a time of need. It is amazing to have that in my community as well. I just wish everyone could feel the same way. Can't we all just get along, hahaha! So, my resolution for 2013 is to focus on my business & not be concerned with what other photographers are doing. I started doing this for me & I need to remember why I started doing this. If more photographers had this mind set we would all be happier. I am going to let God lead me to exactly where he wants me to be.

So with that being said, most of you know that I have decided to make some major changes for the coming year. Today I will lay it all out for you.

1. I have changed the name of my business from Photography by Bre to AllyOoop Photography. (most of you already know this).
2. I will no longer be offering Mini Sessions all year long. I will offer them a few times a year as specials.
3. There will be a $25 deposit due at the time of booking a session. This is non refundable & it will go toward your total session price.
4. I now accept all major credit/debit cards...yay!!!
5. My pricing/packages have changed. Go to Investment for details.
6. I will now be offering print packages & products. You can also see those details in the Investment section.
7. I will soon have a website were you will be able to access your client gallery with a special password & this is where you will choose what pictures you want in your print package.
8. With all Cake Smash Session a small cake or cupcake will be provided for the session.

I feel like I am leaving something out & I am sure I will remember what it is as soon as I post this. (Typical me)

Welcome!

Welcome everyone to my new blog! I am so excited to be starting this new journey in my photography. There has been a lot going on here lately & I decided the best way to hopefully remedy the situation is to change everything. I have made many changes for the up coming year. The name of my business, prices have been tweaked a little, printing packages & more. I will also be accepting credit cards in a couple of months. So exciting!!!

I just want to take a moment & thank God, my family, friends & loyal fans. Without any of you this would not be possible. I feel so blessed to be able to do something I am so passionate about. I thank God for blessing me with a talent that will help each of you capture moments that will be remembered for a lifetime.
